Nurse Mentors Home Health is a state licensed and insured health care agency. As a nursing home health agency, we provide qualified Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nurse Assistant, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Companions and Sitters in the entire Broward County Florida area. We offer services to hospitals needing to fill their staffing needs on a daily basis, elderly in need of an in-home nurse, nursing homes requiring help to care for senior patients. Individuals and families needing a stay at home nurse for their loved ones.

Our rates
Licensed Nurses (Registered or Practical)
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
60 mins | $300 | Get started
Nurse Assistant
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
45 mins | $250 | Get started
Companions and/or Domestic Partners
Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals.
